Even when ribs may feel more like a winter food I believe they are ideal for a Summer BBQ!
1 kilo of of pork ribs
4 table spoons of Ranchero Chipotle Hot Sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 brown onion
1/4 of apple cider vinegar
2 table spoons of brown sugar
2 large tomatoes
Salt & pepper
Blend all the ingredients together (except the pork)
Cover your ribs with the mix and let marinate for at least one hour, preferetly over night
and at high speed until well combined.
Cook your ribs on a medium heat BBQ for 1 hour turning every 10 minutes and saucing the ribs.
