2 tablespoon of Ranchero Chipotle
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 chorizo sausage sliced
¼ of onion finely chopped
Preheat your oven to 220
Place the chopped tomatoes, chorizo, onion and Ranchero Chipotle, stir with a spoon. Break the eggs carefully on top of your mix.
Cook n the hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, serve straight away!
