There is something about this eggs that make us dream about. Maybe the mix of tomato and hot sauce or the feeling of comfort from the lentils that makes it a perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner!
4 table spoons of Ranchero Salsa Caliente
1 tin of crushed tomatoes
1 cup of lentils
Salt & pepper
In a deep frying pan pour the tomatoes, lentils and Ranchero Salsa Caliente season with salt and pepper.
Put the pan over a medium heat, setting for 5 minutes or until the mix start bubbling.
Crack in the eggs, leaving some of the yolk exposed.
Let it cook for another 5 minutes or until the egg white is set and the yolk still runny!
Serve with bread or tortilla!
