It all started as a dream for a better life and the desire of adventure.
Giselle and I came to Australia in 2011 with the same dreams and aspirations than the early explorers of Australia, who left the safety of their communities and ventured into uncharted waters of the world in search of finding new lands, opportunities and better life.
Immediately we loved everything about Australia, but we couldn’t find any good authentic Mexican Food; What we did found was an amazing source of fresh and organic produce.
In Mexico, Chilli and Salsas are the glue that sparks all our cuisine, so Giselle started making her family recipes using Australian fresh ingredients.
After listening to great feedback from our friends, on September 2012, with an initial investment $300, we embarked on a new journey. We bought ingredients, bottles, designed and to printed some labels at Office works and begun selling our first Salsas to our first Deli Store.
My family recipes have been passed down from many generations before me. In the same passionate way my grandmother taught me, I share all the love, kindness & knowledge I have learned by cooking.
