Salad ?

Crunchy Tostada Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients 

  • 200g of salad leaves 
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/4 red cabbage thinly sliced 
  • 1 corn cob chargrilled 
  • 4 ranchero tostadas coarsely tear into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 sachet of Ranchero sour cream seasoning 
  1. Remove the kernels from the cob.
  2. Mix the yogurt and the sour cream seasoning .
  3. Arrange the lettuce in a large plate Top with tomatoes, corn kernels, cabbage and tostada pieces.
  4. Drizzle the salad with the yogurt
