Crunchy Tostada Salad
- 200g of salad leaves
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/4 red cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 corn cob chargrilled
- 4 ranchero tostadas coarsely tear into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 sachet of Ranchero sour cream seasoning
- Remove the kernels from the cob.
- Mix the yogurt and the sour cream seasoning .
- Arrange the lettuce in a large plate Top with tomatoes, corn kernels, cabbage and tostada pieces.
- Drizzle the salad with the yogurt
