Steak Bowl π²π₯© Serves 4 -π₯©

- 500g of Rump steak or similar
- Ranchero smoky chipotle seasoning.
- 1 can of corn kernels rinsed
- 1 avocado seeded and cut in cubes.
- 1 tomato finely chopped.
- 1 small bunch of coriander finely chopped.
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 2 Cups of brown rice cooked
Ranchero BBQ chipotle sauce to serve.
Method:arinate the rump steaks with the Ranchero Smoky chipotle seasoning.
ππ»Over a high heat pan or BBQ cook the steaks for 2-4 minutes depending on how well cook do you like your meat, remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
β± π Meanwhile, mix the tomatoes with coriander and spring onions.
π₯ πΆ Divide the rice among the 4 bowls, top with the sliced beef, corn, avocado, tomato mix and pour the Ranchero BBQ Sauce
